THE LOCATION OF A COLOSSAL WEEKEND
A Colossal Weekend is taking place at the venues VEGA and Basement placed in connection to each other at the vibrant Vesterbro district in Copenhagen, Denmark. With a location easily accessible by public transport, you can get here by both metro, buses, and S-trains. The venues, VEGA and Basement, are in a short walking distance from both metro and train stations and bus stops.
METRO
The nearest stop is Enghave Plads Station where you can take the circle metro line M3 (the red one) to. The metro operates all day and night, and you can buy tickets at all stations.
No food at the venues
It is not possible to buy food at the venues and it is not allowed to bring food into VEGA's concert halls. BUT the neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants and take-away places just nearby and in different price ranges and speed of delivery - you can find some of the nearest and most festival suitable below.

BY CAR
If you're driving, the city is accessible via major highways from Sweden and Germany. The Øresund Bridge connects Denmark and Sweden by car.
BY BUS
FlixBus and other services operate routes to Dybbølsbro Station (1.2 km from the venues) from various European cities.
BY TRAIN
If traveling by train from other European cities, you can arrive at Copenhagen Central Station. From there, it's a short metro ride or walk to the venue.
BY FLIGHT
Fly into Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup), 11.6 km from the festival venues. The airport is well connected to the city center by metro, bus, and train.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Dankort. VEGA does not accept cash after 20:00. The exemption from accepting cash is described in section § 81 of the Danish Payments Act.
AIRPORT
The nearest airport is Copenhagen Airport in Kastrup (11.6 km). You can take a metro from the airport to the venues with only one shift.
TRAINS
The nearest train stations are Carlsberg (800 m), Dybbølsbro (1.2 km), and Copenhagen Central Station (1.5 km).
BUS
The bus lines number 11, 1A, 23 and 9A stop nearby.
DRINKS AND BARS
All of the venues in VEGA and Basement have bars where you'll find a selection of everything from draught beer, bottled beer, snacks, soft drinks and long drinks to wine from local suppliers and tasty speciality beers from breweries in Denmark and abroad. You can also enjoy a cold draught beer from the many Tuborg taps the bars in VEGA are equipped with. We also have non-alcoholic beers in our bars.
Zero tolerance policy
A Colossal Weekend operates according to a zero tolerance policy. We do not accept discrimination based on gender, race, religion or sexual orientation, as well as violent behaviour or verbal harassment. Please contact our staff if you see or experience this.
Mosh pit
We want everyone to have a good and safe concert experience when they visit us, and we acknowledge that mosh pits are a part of concert culture. If you wish to participate in a mosh pit during a concert, we encourage you to be helpful and a good concert companion if someone falls during a mosh pit. Always follow the security guards' instructions regarding safety.
Drugs and narcotics
A Colossal Weekend does not accept the consumption of any kind of drugs at our events. If you are caught in violation of this, you will be reported to the police, expelled and banned from the venues and festival for two years.
Conversations during concerts
We encourage everyone to have the important conversations after the concert and enjoy the music while it plays out of respect for the concert's other attendees and the performing musicians.
Code of conduct
We ask all our guests to observe the following code of conduct so that the concert experience is pleasant and enjoyable for everyone in the house-guests and staff alike.
Use of cameras
It is allowed to take pictures with a regular pocket camera and mobile phone at our concerts. Professional or semi-professional cameras with SLR and/or lenses are not permitted, nor is filming the concerts. Always follow the security guards' instructions, as there may be different rules for different artists. Also, remember to be considerate of other people attending the concert so that they are not disturbed by your camera use. The images taken may not be used for commercial purposes, but only for private use. If you wish to photograph for various projects, this can only be done by agreement with A Colossal Weekend. PARKING
Close to VEGA, by the supermarket at the end of Rejsbygade, there is a public car park with 77 parking spaces. The rules for parking are the same as on the side streets around VEGA, which belong to the blue parking zone, licence zone Enghaveparken.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed in VEGA nor Basement. The smoking policy also applies for e-cigarettes, vapes, and the like. However, you are allowed to smoke in the confined area at the entrance to Store VEGA, in the yard in front of Basement, and on the street in front of Lille VEGA and Ideal Bar.
Mandatory cloakroom
In VEGA's cloakroom, you can leave your outerwear, bags and anything else you may have with you. The cloakroom is mandatory at all events in Store and Lille VEGA. Jackets, clothes and other belongings must not be left inside or outside VEGA for reasons of emergency escape routes and fire safety. Loose items such as mobile phones, money, passports, scarves, etc. in coat pockets are at your own risk in VEGA's cloakroom. VEGA does not replace these items. The cloakroom fee is DKK 30 per jacket or bag. It is possible to pay by credit card in all venues and cash is accepted until 20:00. The exemption from accepting cash is described in section 81 § of the Danish Payment Act. For concerts in Store VEGA, you can also use our cloakroom lockers. The fee is DKK 50 and DKK 90, depending on whether you choose a small or large locker. It is not possible to pay with cash if you use a locker.
Lost and found
If you have lost or forgotten a personal item, you are welcome to contact VEGA at info@vega.dk. All lost or forgotten items are regularly handed in to the Police Lost Property Office, Politigården, 1567 Copenhagen V. The lost property office can be contacted on tel. +45 38 74 88 22.
