HARDCORE / NOISE ROCK / METAL

EYES arrive like an impact. Their music snaps, jerks, and detonates with the kind of force that feels closer to a reflex than a plan. Formed in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the late 2010s, the band emerged from a tightly knit heavy underground where members have long been active across adjacent projects and scenes. That background feeds directly into EYES’ sound: compact, abrasive, and wired for confrontation. Across their releases, culminating with Spinner (2025, Prosthetic Records), the band have sharpened a language built on repetition, pressure, and sudden violence, earning attention well beyond Denmark for music that refuses to soften its edges.

EYES function as a unit. Riffs hit like blunt objects, grooves grind forward with stubborn insistence, and songs feel locked into motion rather than arranged. The vocals cut through as part of the same system, raw and urgent, pushing doubt, frustration, and mental overload straight into the open. Spinner adds a heightened visual and conceptual layer, drawing on anime-inspired imagery that mirrors the music’s hypercharged, combative character. Nothing here drifts or decorates. Everything is designed to strike, to unsettle, and to stay agitated.

WHAT TO EXPECT
An EYES show is physical from the first second. The sound hits hard and fast, bodies move instinctively, and the pit is never far away. There is no distance between band and crowd, only shared momentum and release. The band are widely recognised for turning rooms into pressure chambers, delivering performances that feel explosive, relentless, and impossible to ignore. Expect sweat, movement, and impact. Standing still is not an option.
