Driven by a fascination in the material and visceral dimensions of the voice, dancer and choreographer Lisen Pousette explores voice-body practices through the most subtle to the most extreme vocal forms.

Spirit/us results from a collaboration with dancer and choreographer Olivia Rivière (SE/DK).

The performance departs from the concept of resonance as a sonorous body and an affective state exploring the gestalts that different forms of screaming evokes. Spirit/us is a unique, site specific solo performance made especially for A Colossal Weekend.
